The Spirit of the Position:
A LAZ Parking Ambassador plays a significant role in the success of the company. They are the first person our clients and customers see upon arrival and the last person our clients & customers see when they depart. A warm welcome smiling face and professional demeanor are of the utmost importance.

Customer Service
  • Greet and assist customers entering and exiting the facility.
  • Provide exceptional customer service in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Respond to customer questions concerns and service requests.
  • Assist customers experiencing transaction or equipment issues.
  • De-escalate customer concerns and resolve issues promptly whenever possible.
Parking Operations
  • Assist patrons and facility personnel at entry and exit lanes.
  • Process cashier transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist with lane openings and closures as needed.
  • Secure and monitor gates and access points.
  • Perform routine inspections of parking equipment and operating systems.
  • Troubleshoot minor equipment and payment station issues.
  • Report operational safety or equipment concerns to the Supervisor or Manager on Duty.
  • Maintain awareness of facility operations to support a safe and efficient customer experience.
  • Follow all company policies procedures and safety standards.
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Strong customer service experience with demonstrated problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional when interacting with upset or frustrated customers.
  • Cash handling experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand and follow company policies procedures and operational guidelines.
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality.
  • Demonstrated sense of urgency and responsiveness.
  • Ability to adapt to changing operational needs and customer demands.
  • Ability to successfully meet any site-specific credentialing or badging requirements if applicable.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions including heat wind rain and other environmental conditions.
  • Ability to lift push and pull up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to bend stoop squat and lift throughout the workday.
