Job Summary:
The Parking Account Lead is responsible for overseeing daily parking operations for an assigned account ensuring smooth valet and self-parking services while delivering exceptional customer service. This role serves as the on-site supervisor leading frontline parking staff supporting valet operations and acting as the primary point of contact for clients and customers.
Pay: $24.00 an hour
The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicantsexperience skills abilities geographic locationand alignment with market data.
Shift: Monday Friday 8:00am 5:00 pm

Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily parking and valet operations for assigned account
- Lead train and support parking attendants and valet staff to ensure service standards are met
- Oversee valet operations including vehicle flow key control and safety procedures
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly
- Safely operate customer vehicles including manual (stick shift) transmissions
- Ensure compliance with company policies client requirements and safety regulations
- Utilize computer systems to manage reports schedules parking logs and operational data
- Monitor staff performance and provide coaching or corrective feedback as necessary
- Communicate effectively with clients management and team members
- Assist with payroll timekeeping scheduling and coverage as needed
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold service standards at all times
Qualifications
- Required prior parking operations experience including valet service
- Must be able to drive manual (stick shift) vehicles
- Strong computer skills including basic reporting and system navigation
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced customer-facing environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Ability to stand walk and drive for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- High-traffic parking facilities garages or valet zones
