WHAT OUR PARK MAINTENANCE SUPERVISORS DO

Our Park Maintenance Supervisors oversee waterpark maintenance operations ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational a team conduct inspections and manage preventative maintenance programs to keep attractions and facilities in top condition.

A PARK MAINTENANCE SUPERVISORS DAY-TO-DAY

• Assistin all operational functions tomaintaincleanliness safety and Guest satisfaction.

• Conduct daily inspections of all Guest areas and facilities to ensure they meet company standards.

• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed at all times.

• Ensure the safety of all waterpark attractions facilities and equipment and compliance with all applicable codes and standards.

• Maintainappropriate levelswithin criticalpartsinventory to minimize downtime.

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on various equipment including attractions.

• Document inspections corrective actions and repairs in logbooks and checklists.

• Provide guidance and direction to Maintenance team members to ensure efficient operations.

• Assistwith training and coaching team members to ensure adherence to safety and cleanliness protocols.

• Monitor and evaluate team performance providing feedback as needed.

• Address Guest inquiries concerns and complaints professionally.

• Assistwith emergency response procedures and ensure all incidents are properly reported.

• Collaborate with other departments tomaintaina seamless Guest experience.

• Perform other duties as assigned to support park operations.

WHAT IT TAKES

• Minimum age: 18 years.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Prior leadership experience preferred.

• Strong communicationand problem-solving skills.

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Practical skills and knowledge in one or more trades such as mechanical electrical hydraulics plumbing welding or small engine repair preferred.
