Key Responsibilities
- Assist teachers with academic instruction and classroom management
- Provide one-on-one student support as a paraeducator/paraprofessional
- Help implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
- Supervise students during school activities and outings
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports

Qualifications
- 21 years old
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Associates degree or higher preferred
- Experience working with youth (camp counselor coach babysitting etc.)
- Ability to pass a background check
