Paraprofessional (RBT) – Queens, NY

Location: Queens NY (School-Based)
Pay Rate: $25$30/hour
Part-Time to Full-time Consistent Schedule

About the Role;

At Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services PLLC were hiring a dedicated RBT/Paraprofessional to provide 1:1 support for a student in a structured school setting in Queens.

• School: All-boys school in Queens
• If you have a car we will compensate you if youre willing to pick up driver shifts

Schedule Options:

Option 1 (Full Day):

• MonThurs: 9:30 AM 3:30 PM (paid until 4:30 PM)
• Friday: 9:30 AM 12:15 PM (paid until 1:15 PM)
• Option to start at 9:00 AM for more hours

Option 2 (Shorter Day):

• MonThurs: 10:00 AM 3:30 PM
• Friday: 9:30 AM 12:15 PM

Responsibilities;

• Provide 1:1 support using ABA strategies
• Assist with classroom routines behavior support and engagement
• Implement plans and track basic data/progress
• Communicate with supervisors and team
• Data entry skills

Requirements;

• RBT certification preferred (not required for para role)
• Strong reliability communication and consistency
• Having a car is a plus!! (extra pay extra hours)

Additional Driver Positions Available:

• MonThurs: 3:30 PM 4:30 PM
• Friday: 12:15 PM 1:15 PM
