Key Responsibilities

• Support teachers with classroom instruction and daily learning activities
• Observe and manage behavior of students according to approved procedures
• Implement behavior management techniques as instructed by the teacher and/or behavior therapist
• Supervise and observe assigned student(s) to maintain order among the students in the classroom on school grounds and during school outings
• Assist students with personal care needs as required
• Supervise students and promote positive behavior in a supportive environment

Schedule

• Monday Wednesday Thursday Friday: 8:15 a.m. 3:00 p.m.
• Tuesday: 8:15 a.m. 3:15 p.m.
• Includes participation in a 6-week Extended School Year (ESY) program

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly rate: $23.99 $24.74 with an option to distribute earnings year-round

Qualifications

• Valid Paraprofessional License Substitute Teaching License or Professional Educator License
