We are currently hiring for three full-time school-based positions supporting students in a collaborative educational environment. Whether you have experience in education behavioral support human services or simply have a passion for helping others succeed this is an incredibly rewarding opportunity.

Derry Middle School
Schedule: MondayFriday 7:55 AM 2:30 PM

Derry Elementary School
Schedule: MondayFriday 8:50 AM 3:10 PM

Derry DEEP Program
Schedule: MondayFriday 8:30 AM 2:50 PM

• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students throughout the school day.
• Assist students with academic behavioral and social-emotional goals as directed by the classroom teacher and school team.
• Foster a positive safe and inclusive learning environment.
• Support classroom instruction and encourage student engagement and independence.
• Assist with transitions classroom activities and daily routines.
• Communicate effectively with teachers school staff and supervisors.
• Maintain student confidentiality and follow school policies and procedures.
• Help students build confidence independence and successful learning habits.

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience working with children individuals with disabilities education healthcare or human services is preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient dependable compassionate and team-oriented
• Ability to follow classroom and behavioral support plans
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position including assisting students as needed
