Position Overview

The Wealth Planning Associate is a core member of our teamsupporting client relationships preparing financial deliverables coordinating followthrough and ensuring every interaction is elevated and servicefocused. This role combines detailoriented execution with the ability to recognize bigpicture opportunities enhance client confidence and support the growth of the practice.

Key Responsibilities

Client Experience & Relationship Support

  • Create positive supportive interactions that leave clients feeling understood confident clear and well cared for.
  • Participate in client meetings lead followup communication and coordinate internal task delegation.
  • Maintain high client service standards with consistency accuracy and professionalism.
  • Identify explicit client needs as well as unanticipated opportunities to deepen client relationships.
  • Recognize and act on sales growth opportunities that arise organically within service interactions.
  • Provide exceptional service across all communication channels (inperson virtual phone email).

Operational & Advisory Support

  • Prepare financial reports spreadsheets projections and meeting materials.
  • Enter trades orders and rebalances as requested by the advisor.
  • Ensure accuracy of all client documentation; follow through on processing and completion.
  • Manage the postmeeting workflow including tracking tasks coordinating team actions and ensuring a seamless client experience.
  • Prepare internal business summary reports and client-specific reporting as needed.
  • Maintain organized and compliant records using CRM technology.
  • Analyze account information research issues and resolve questions or concerns promptly.

Professional Growth & Team Collaboration

  • Actively participate in ongoing education training and crosstraining opportunities.
  • Work both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
  • Manage competing priorities time-sensitive items and evolving client needs with confidence.
  • Proactively identify issues propose solutions and support continuous improvement.

Knowledge Skills & Abilities

Knowledge of:

  • Financial markets products and industry regulations
  • Trading terminology and order workflows
  • Financial planning platforms and managed account systems
  • CRM systems and general office procedures
  • Company policies mission and strategies

Skilled in:

  • CRM software and client management tools
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Tax software
  • Effective communication across all formats and settings

Ability to:

  • Manage tasks and projects efficiently and independently
  • Assess priorities and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment
  • Analyze account information and identify solutions
  • Build rapport and deliver exceptional client care
  • Demonstrate dependability professionalism and followthrough
  • Balance detailoriented execution with a strategic bigpicture mindset

Education/Previous Experience

  • Bachelors degree preferred

Licenses/Certifications

  • SIE required
  • Series 7 & 66 preferred or ability to obtain within specified timeframe
  • Insurance license preferred or ability to obtain within specified timeframe

Experience: 5 years of industry experience
