Pay: $60000.00 - $70000.00 per year

Job Description

• Manage client cases from inception through trial and closing
• Perform daily time entry billing and maintain accurate records
• Obtain review analyze and summarize documents including medical and financial records
• Prepare trial binders exhibits and witness files
• Manage court docket calendars and ensure deadlines are met
• Create status reports and provide updates to attorneys and clients
• Assist attorneys with legal research and case preparation
• Support attorneys in all aspects of defense litigation

Qualifications

• 3 years defense litigation paralegal experience
• Paralegal certificate from ABA-approved program or Bachelors degree
• Experience reviewing and obtaining medical records
• Proficiency with Lexis and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational skills attention to detail and time management
• Effective communication with attorneys staff clients and court personnel
