Cruitin Inc. is partnering with a boutique plaintiff-side personal injury law firm located in the Uptown area of Dallas to identify an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal. Our client handles highexposure catastrophic injury matters (not car wrecks) and is known for detailed hands-on casework from intake through trial.

As the firm continues to grow they are seeking a skilled paralegal to join a small collaborative team and take ownership of complex litigation files.

This position is ideal for a paralegal who prefers substantive high-level work over volume-based caseloads. You will work closely with Attorneys and Partners managing approximately2530 active catastrophic injury cases requiring deep analysis discovery and trial preparation.

• Manage plaintiff-side personal injury cases from intake through settlement or trial
• Draft pleadings discovery and litigation support documents
• Organize review and analyze extensive medical records and case materials
• Coordinate with clients experts medical providers and opposing counsel
• Track deadlines and ensure precision in all filings and case documentation
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation and strategy support

• 5 years of plaintiff personal injury paralegal experience
• Experience handling matters from pre-litigation through trial
• Background in catastrophic or complex injury cases
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Stable work history (strong tenure preferred but not seeking a 20 year paralegal at one firm)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word Outlook Excel Access)
• Ability to work in-office MondayFriday 8:30 AM5:30 PM
• Bilingual skills are a plus but not required
