The Paralegal Manager role at Sepulveda Sanchez Law exists to elevate the firms litigation support operations. As an integral part of the team you will spearhead efforts to transition from reliance on individual expertise to systematic excellence. What youll do:

  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage the paralegal and litigation support team providing coaching direction and accountability while fostering a collaborative high-performing and efficient work environment.
  • Process and System Development: Develop document and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) workflows and best practices that create consistency scalability and operational excellence across the department.
  • Training and Mentorship: Oversee the onboarding training and professional development of team members helping them strengthen their skills expand their knowledge and perform at a higher level.
  • Operational Improvement: Evaluate litigation support operations to identify inefficiencies bottlenecks and process gaps then implement practical solutions that improve workflow efficiency and team effectiveness.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and review team work product ensuring accuracy consistency and adherence to firm standards while proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and risk reduction.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the departments go-to resource for litigation support questions procedural guidance workflow issues and escalated paralegal matters.
