A medium-size Harrisburg law firm is offering a rewarding career opportunity for a paralegal.


Candidate must have experience with handling real estate closings independently and with real estate settlement software such as Softpro.


Duties will include coordination of closing; reviewing and inputting title information; and drafting legal documents such as deeds agreements of sale and affidavits.


Candidate should have a willingness to learn other areas of law such as debt collection and may be asked to provide administrative support responsibilities to multiple attorneys.

Requirements

5 years of paralegal experience with independent end-to-end management of real estate closings

coordinating the closing reviewing and inputting title information and managing closing logistics from file opening through completion.

- Demonstrated experience drafting and delivering core real-estate closing documents (deeds agreements of sale affidavits) with accuracy suitable for recording/closing.

- Experience supporting multiple attorneys and handling related practice-area work (e.g. debt collection) as assigned showing ability to manage a mixed caseload.
