In this position

• Ford Motor Credit Company seeks an entry-level paralegal to join the Legal Office in Dearborn supporting Ford Credit business operations. We will consider applicants who have graduated with a paralegal degree or certificate as well as those who will graduate by December 2026.

What youll do

• Work collaboratively with members of the Ford Credit Legal Office to develop practical legal advice that demonstrates a strong understanding and application of the law to Ford Credits business
• Assist attorneys in developing legal advice for Ford Credit management that improves Company decision-making
• Support the core business of Ford Credit while also participating on cross- functional project teams
• Assist attorneys in ensuring all procedures processes systems and documents comply with applicable law and corporate policies
• Assist attorneys with and perform legal research and analysis
• Support monitoring for compliance with laws regulations guidance issued by relevant regulatory bodies and Company policy
  

Youll have...

• Bachelors Degree (to be completed by Dec. 2026) and Paralegal Certificate if Bachelors degree is not in Paralegal Studies (to be completed by Dec. 2026)
• Strong research and writing skills
• Strong verbal written and interpersonal skills

• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize assignments

This position is a salary grade 4 and ranges from $56400-$94900.
This position is a salary grade 5 and ranges from $65100-$109300.
This position is a salary grade 6 and ranges from $74300-$124500.
This position is a salary grade 7 and ranges from $86600-$144900.
This position is a salary grade 8 and ranges from $99100-$166200.

Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidates skills and experience and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope responsibility and competitive market value.
