This talented individual will primarily be working directly with institutional lenders corporations partnerships and other entities in the financing sale and purchase of commercial real estate. You will THRIVE in this role if you have: 6 years legal experience working in commercial real estate transactionsHigh school diploma or equivalent; bachelors degree (preferred) paralegal certificate (preferred)Experience with MS office and expertise with computer assisted legal resourcesSound judgment and a sense of accountability for working independently and proactivelyExceptional oral and written communication including excellent spelling grammar punctuation form and styleExcellent multitasking and time management abilities Superior client service and listening skills for anticipating needs of clients and attorneysThe Paralegal will draft purchase and sale agreements correspondence and memoranda and handle multi-family and multi-state transactions. Do you have the DRIVE and DESIRE to:Review loan commitment letters draft checklists commercial loan closing documents correspondence and memorandaCoordinate and review title survey zoning insurance municipal search UCC litigation bankruptcy and corporate due diligence materialsPrepare pre- and post-closing packagesAttend to all aspects of post-closing follow-up including but not limited to e-Recording addressing recording issues final title policy review document transmittals to clients follow-through on undertaking itemsCollaborate with Finance Department with respect to incoming and outgoing financial transactionsHarris Beach Murtha recognizes everyone has a right to be included.
