Paraeducator (SA Pre- School)

Smilie Memorial Schoolis seeking an energetic and caring Specialized Assistant to work with students in Pre-school. This position is responsible for supporting students special educators and classroom teachers within the regular school setting. The position involves performing a variety of supportive activities with a diverse population of students. This position is part-time (.44 FTE).

Qualified candidates should enjoy working with and engaging withpre-school students have the ability to communicate effectively and work independently. Candidates must be reliable have the ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand and/or walk for extended periods of time to support students.
