The Environmental Charter School has an immediate need for a highly dedicated and motivated Paraeducator.Successful candidates must be progressive-minded and embody a can-do spirit and work ethic. For best consideration candidates should have a degree or experience in education a strong work ethic and a whatever it takes attitude.

OVERVIEW
The ECS Paraeducator works collaboratively with classroom teachers special educators building specialists and the Building Leadership Team by supporting teachers in the preparation of classroom materials and resources; assisting grade-level teams in non-instructional activities as needed; providing support for recess and lunch duties; assists in additional duty coverage and support as determined by the supervisor. Candidates should be energetic and progressive-minded with a willingness to work collaboratively with building staff.
Educational Background and Work Experience
- Bachelors degree from an accredited institution is preferred
- At least 2 years of post-high school education is required or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with elementary-age students is desirable
Compensation and Benefits
- Starting salary $33772
