OVERVIEW The ECS Paraeducator works collaboratively with classroom teachers special educators building specialists and the Building Leadership Team by supporting teachers in the preparation of classroom materials and resources; assisting grade-level teams in non-instructional activities as needed; providing support for recess and lunch duties; assists in additional duty coverage and support as determined by the supervisor. Candidates should be energetic and progressive-minded with a willingness to work collaboratively with building staff.
Educational Background and Work Experience
Bachelors degree from an accredited institution is preferred
At least 2 years of post-high school education is required or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience with elementary-age students is desirable
Compensation and Benefits
Starting salary $33772
