Paraeducator Pathways

New Britain High School invites interested candidates to apply for the Paraeducator ï½ Pathways position.

About the Pathways Program:

The Pathways Program provides self-contained classrooms for students with pervasive global delays including significant cognitive and academic deficits communication impairments limited adaptive skills and mild to moderate motor deficits that may require partial to full adult support for participation in school and daily living activities.

Anticipated Start Date: August 25 2026

Minimum Qualifications

Applicants must meetone of the following requirements:

• A minimum of 60 college credits or
• A passing score on the ParaPro Assessment

Salary

• Starting Salary: $21.07 per hour
