Job Summary
Position Title:
Palletizer Operator
Pay Rate:
$25.57/hr
Sign-on Bonus:
$500 after 30 days
$500 after 6 months
Category/Shift:
Hourly Full-Time (3rd Shift) 11pm-7am Monday-Friday
$0.30 cent shift differential for 3rd shift
12 hour shift and/or weekend work required when needed for production goals.
Must be willing to work any shift!

The Job You Will Perform:
- Operate equipment in a safe and efficient manner following indicated work methods.
- Observes and monitors machine operations to detect malfunctions and to determine whether adjustments are needed.
- Helps to identify troubleshoot and correct product defects caused by the machine.
- Performs routine adjustments during the machine run and maintains production throughout the run.
- Sets up and operate machine meeting established published specifications.
- Ensures all orders are completed to specifications including special instructions if applicable.
- Identifies and makes basic repairs to the machine.
- Set up and run the Unitizer
- Runs the machine meeting production goals.
- Maintains housekeeping standards all the time.
- Comply with all IPs Safety rules and Quality policies and protocols at all times.
- Supports Training of other assistant operators and othersas needed.
- Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety.
- Maintain a clean neat and orderly work area.
- Comply with all IPs Safety rules and Quality policies and protocols at all times.
- Keep appropriate records and reports (complete forms logs and records accurately as required).
Read and understand load tag information;
- Be knowledgeable of the complete Unitizer process to produce a top quality product;
- Ability to work from checklists for operator PM responsibilities;
- Ensure all quality checks are performed correctly and accurately;
- Other duties as assigned by managers and or supervisors/shift leader
The Skills You Will Bring:
- 2 years manufacturing experience highly preferred
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Consent to a background check and pre-employment physical / drug screen
- Flexible to work overtime as needed
- Must have a positive attitude with a willingness to learn new things receive and follow instructions
