Pallet Jack Operator – 2nd Shift

Pay:$21.25 per hour

Job Type / Schedule: Contract 2nd Shift 3:45 PM12:30 AM MondayFriday with some Saturdays

Job Summary

Pronto Staffing is seeking a dependable warehouse worker to support daily this role you will move materials and finished products to keep the work area organized and running smoothly. This is a great entry-level position for someone ready to work in a busy manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Move materials like wooden pallets dividers and boxes using manual or electric pallet jacks

• Store finished products quickly to keep the workspace clean and efficient

• Check pallet counts against labels and use a radio to talk with the production team

• Tell supervisors about any damaged boxes labels or equipment right away

• Clean pallet jacks daily and help clean up the workspace at the end of each shift

• Follow all safety and cleanliness rules to maintain a secure work environment

• Help in other production areas as directed by the supervisor

Requirements

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish

• Experience with electric pallet jack

• Up to one month of related experience is helpful but not required

• Ability to work weekends overtime and flexible schedules as needed

• Background check and drug screening may be required

Work Environment

• Constant standing and walking during the shift

• Frequent lifting reaching and handling of materials

• Ability to lift more than 100 pounds when necessary

• Work takes place indoors in wet humid and extremely cold areas (coolers below 40F and freezers below 0F)

• Regular exposure to moving mechanical parts and moderate noise levels
