Pay Rate/Range: $15/hr

Description: seeking a reliable and skilled Pallet Builder. This role is ideal for someone with carpentry experience who enjoys hands-on work building custom products and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Requirements: This position requires the ability to speak both English and Spanish. The ideal candidate will be accurately measuring cutting and assembling materials using hand tools power tools saws nail guns and measuring devices while reading and interpreting work orders and production requirements. The ideal candidate will have previous carpentry construction woodworking or pallet-building experience strong basic math and measuring skills and the ability to lift and move materials throughout the shift. Responsibilities also include inspecting finished products for quality maintaining a safe and organized work area and assisting with other production duties as needed. Dependable attendance attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship are essential for success in this role.

Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Shift/Schedule: Monday - Friday 5:00am-3:00pm
