Painting Brigade

Schedule: Flexible (Full-time or Part-time; up to 40 hours per week)

Position Summary:
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Temporary Painters to assist with a project beginning May 18 and continuing until completion. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in producing high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting including cleaning sanding and priming
• Tape and provide covering in places to ensure clean lines and no splatter.
• Apply paint stain and coatings using brushes rollers or other tools
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and attention to detail
• Collaborate with team members to meet project timelines

Qualifications:

• Prior painting experience preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Reliable and punctual

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Comfortable working on ladders and at varying heights
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
