We are now looking for a Painter to join our this position you will be responsible for completing all steps involved in the painting process at the resort.
What will I be doing
Painting Wallpapering
Refinish doors furniture walls ceiling and external structures
Maintain inventory of paint and paint supplies.
Maintain accurate functioning of all equipment and tools.
Assist other maintenance staff on special projects as directed.
Other duties as required by your leader.

To fulfill this role successfully you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
Minimum of 1years experience in facilities maintenance
Ability to follow basic written and verbal directions climb stairs and work on ladders up to 40 feet push/pull up to 100 lbs lift/carry up to 50 lbs grasp stoop reach overhead
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
1-2years or more of related experience
Current valid drivers license
Compensation: 22.00 - 25.00 per hour based on experience
