Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Perform all painting and wallpapering tasks to ensure a flawless finish.
- Refinish doors furniture walls ceilings and external structures to maintain extraordinary standards.
- Maintain inventory of paint and paint supplies ensuring resources are available when needed.
- Ensure the accurate functioning of all painting equipment and tools.
- Assist other maintenance staff on special projects as directed encouraging an exceptionally collaborative environment.
- Strictly adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Other duties as required by your leader.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in painting showcasing an ability to deliver high-quality work.
- Able to communicate effectively in English both written and verbally.
- Ability to follow basic written and verbal directions.
- Physical capability to climb stairs and work on ladders up to 40 feet.
- Strength to push/pull up to 100 lbs and lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to bend stoop reach overhead and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity.
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
Preferred Experience:
- Previous hospitality experience in a resort setting.
