Job Summary

Seeking Industrial Housekeeping Supervisor for automotive manufacturing facility in Claycomo MO.
  • 60k
This is a flex supervisor that will help us maintain supervision on all shifts. Work 48 hours a week 12 hours shifts 4 days a week
  • Monday Tuesday and Wednesday 4:30am to 4:30pm
    • Saturday Night Shift 4:30pm to 4:30am Depends on the super. OR
    • Sunday Day Shift 4:30am to 4:30pm Depends on the super.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily custodial operations within the plantto ensure a clean and safe work environment.
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of custodial staff including training scheduling and performance evaluations.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment and order new materials as needed.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules to ensure thorough cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies regarding cleanliness.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of the facility to identify areas for improvement.
  • Address staff concerns and provide feedback to promote a positive work atmosphere.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure the cleanliness supports the production and operations efficiently.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Proficient knowledge of cleaning techniques equipment and supplies.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Word
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
Desired Experience:
  • Previous experience in a custodial management or supervisory role is preferred.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with safety and sanitation regulations pertinent to the custodial industry.
