What youll be doing:

• Online robot programming Sealer UBC and Dampening Run trials and adjust parameters Evaluate quality drawings and meet standards
• Online robot Programming Primer Base and Clear Run trials and adjust parameters Evaluate quality drawings and meet standards
• Offline robot programming Use simulation software to perform reach studies and cycle time analysis Knowledge of Fanuc Paint Pro and Kawasaki Carott3 programming software
• Evaluate Quality Use elco-meters wave-scan and X-Rite
• Create Hand Over Documents Create snapshots of the robot processes for the NAMCs
• Effective communications Must be able to use Microsoft Office and communicate with the written word

What you bring:

• Experience with automated robotic paint shop applications
• Experience with Kawasaki Robots Fanuc Robots (programming and problem troubleshooting)
• Experience with Digital Engineering
• Able to multitask prioritize and manage time efficiently
• Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge
• Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
• Flexible and able to multitask on several different aspects of a project or on multiple projects
• Able to take initiative to recommend projects product improvements or cost reductions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• 2 years technical degree or equivalent work experience.
• Additional related certifications
• Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent experience
