The role will manage up to 60 work associates across multiple shifts as well as maximizing the operational performance of the asset. This position will also include responsibilities for the Safety qualitative and environmental functions while closely aligning with key stakeholders to ensure that the supply of painted components meet the production TypeFull Time FLSA ExemptLocation13210 Palo Alto Rd. Major Tasks Responsibilities & Key AccountabilitiesWork collaboratively with the operational leadership teams & functionsSchedule components to meet production requirements from the powder paint shop while maintaining a high integrity operation in disciplines of safety quality & continuous improvementDevelop and maintain good relationships with suppliersManage and maintain cost performance & support capital expenditure projectsCollaborate with internal and external stakeholdersUnderstand & implement SPC performanceOther duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications4 years of operational leadership in a fast-paced production facility4 years of working as a personnel supervisorPreferred QualificationsBachelors degree in engineering or equivalentKnowledge Skills Abilities & CompetenciesStrong operational ethicsStrategic thinking of using data driven decisionsMust have excellent task-conversion skillsProficient in Microsoft Office softwareMust have a professional polished and sophisticated demeanor and be comfortable in most social settingsComfortable in an in-person office environmentTechnical competence is valued Industrial Paint & Processing plantsMust be customer service oriented flexible and have a high energy levelShall be open to domestic and international travelDesire and proven ability to learn and growWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word Excel PowerPoint Teams and Microsoft ProjectJob ConditionsBoth office environment and occasionally manufacturing/factory to noise and temperature RequirementsThe physical demands described here are representative of those required of an employee to perform the essential functions of this job successfully.
