Paint Assistant Night Shift Aerospace

Work Schedule: M-F 4 PM - 2:30 AM*This schedule reflects current business demand and is subject to change at any hired you will be required to complete your training courses before coming to the shop day of Orientation would be from 9 am -4:30pmAfter first day you will be able to come in at 6 am to continue your online on the shop floor you will spend the next 3 weeks of training on day shift with the day shift paint determined you will be able to start your normal shiftPaint Assistants support the painting operations for aircraft components and structures ensuring all surfaces are properly prepared and finished to meet industry standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment and a strong commitment to quality and role is identified as requiring ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) compliance; therefore qualified candidates must meet the definition of a U.S. Person (per EAR Part 772 and ITAR 120.15):An individual who is granted U.S. citizenship orAn individual who is granted U.S. permanent residence (i.e. a Green Card holder) orAn individual who is granted status as a protected personEssential FunctionsTo accomplish this job an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily.
