After two years the position transitions to a 1099 independent contractor model at 100% of professional fees - offering significant long term earning potential.   • Guaranteed Base Salary: $400000 $500000 annually - first 2 years
  • After 2 Years: 1099 - 100% of professional fees

Qualifications

  • MD or DO - Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Medicine or Anesthesiology with Pain Medicine fellowship - required
  • Demonstrated expertise in advanced interventional procedures and neuromodulation
  • Active Kentucky medical license or ability to obtain prior to start
  • DEA certification - required
  • Strong clinical judgment with a passion for delivering exceptional patient centered care
  • Excellent communication and collaborative skills
