• Location: SantaMaria

• Part-Time: $20.25 / hour

• Mileage reimbursement

• $10/month cell phone stipend

• Tuesdays Fridays & Weekends (Flexible)

• Support participants with daily living skills such as cleaning cooking and budgeting

• Encourage and model independence hobbies and social activities

• Assist participants access and participate in community activities

• Assist with personal care such as medication support hygiene and bathing (lifting / transferring may be required)

• Collaborate Person-Centered Care planning with participant

• Record progress of care plan

• Someone who is compassionate with a person-centered mindset

• Someone who is capable of communication with dignity and respect especially during challenging moments

• A valid drivers license and reliable transportation

• Responsible and can assist in goal progress tracking

• CPR / First Aid certification (Training will be provided if youre not certified or need to be recertified)

• Weekend Availability (Is a plus but not required)
