Responsibilities:
Administers maintains and supports the Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) and related medical imaging applications to ensure system reliability performance and availability.
Troubleshot and resolved hardware software network image transmission and system integration issues affecting imaging workflows and end users.
Manages user accounts access permissions system configurations image archiving data integrity backups and system upgrades while ensuring compliance with healthcare privacy and security requirements.
Provides technical support user training onboarding assistance and workflow guidance to radiologists technologists clinicians and other staff; documents issues resolutions and system changes.
Perform other duties as assigned.
