Job Summary

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business or related field or 4 Years Relevant experience in lieu of a degree (Required)
4 years Application support experience preferably in a hospital environment. (Required)
Clinical knowledge of Radiology department and workflows preferably in a hospital environment. (Highly Preferred)
Fuji PACS experience (Highly Preferred)
Ambra experience (Highly Preferred)
Epic Cupid experience (Highly Preferred)
CVIS experience (Highly Preferred)
ServiceNow experience (Preferred)
What You Will Do
Provide day to day systems/application administration and support to assigned departments clinics and/or entities onsite and virtually
Deliver application using deployment systems oversee upgrades and enhancements and coordinate interfaces of applications
Oversee management of compliance to security ITIL and ITS standards. Coordinate new user applications training for assigned departments clinics and/or entities.
Proficiently demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of multiple systems/applications and their integration and business needs and processes.
Serve as mentor for less experienced staff. Participate in special projects and/or perform other duties as assigned.

Work hours: Full Time Days (Monday Friday 8:00am-5:00pm) for 40 hrs/week. On Call required.
