Starting Rate of Pay:
- $20.00/hour
Shifts Available and Hours
- Day Shift: 6:00 AM 6:00 PM
- 12-hour rotating schedule (36 hours one week 48 hours the next; averaging 42 hours per week).
- This position requires working every other weekend.
What you will be doing
- Safely pack band and tag aluminum extrusions according to customer specifications.
- Perform visual inspections and use measuring tools to verify product quality.
- Follow packing instructions and complete production transactions in AS400.
- Meet daily production quality and safety expectations.
- Maintain a clean organized work area and work collaboratively with the production team.

Required Education/Experience
- Previous manufacturing experience is an asset.
- Strong commitment to safety and the ability to recognize workplace hazards.
- Ability to work in high-heat environments (approximately 3035C).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to read a tape measure.
- Basic mathematical skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
