Packaging Operator 3rd shift

We are looking for a2nd or 3rd shift packager to join our team to make high quality food ingredients! Pay averages $30/hour without working OT!

What youll do:

• Package yeast powder which goes into food products cat food livestock feeds and probiotics
• Stack powder bags on pallets and operate a shrink wrapping machine
• Take samples of product to ensure quality standards are met
• Operate and monitor equipment (forklifts and bagging equipment)
• Perform cleaning for your assigned area that complies with company and government policy
• Fill out required paperwork related to run rates product types and production summaries
• Follow food and safety standards/good manufacturing practices

What youll bring:

• Attention to detail
• Ability to work both 8-hour or 12-hour shifts as well as weekends
• Ability to read write and a desire to learn about equipment/food manufacturing

• Ability to lift up to 55lbs regularly position 100lbs stand for extended periods of time assemble equipment and work safely in hot environment
