Role Description
The Order Fulfillment Specialist supports daily operations in a print production environment with a strong emphasis on picking packing and preparing completed print orders for shipment. This role involves gathering finished printed materials verifying order details for accuracy organizing products for shipment and carefully packaging items to prevent damage during transit. The specialist works closely with the production team to ensure orders are processed efficiently and shipped on schedule. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and requires strong attention to detail organization and the ability to work in a fast-paced production setting.
Qualifications
Previous warehouse print shop or order fulfillment experience preferred
Ability to pick and organize completed print jobs based on order tickets
Experience packing materials securely and preparing shipments
Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and proper labeling
Ability to stand walk bend and lift throughout the shift
Ability to lift up to 15 lbs as needed
Reliable attendance and ability to work MondayFriday 8:00 AM5:00 PM
Basic understanding of workplace safety procedures
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a production environment
