Job Summary
Pronto Staffing is seeking a Packaging Associate for a local manufacturing this role you will pack finished products apply labels and prepare items for shipping. This is a great temp-to-hire entry-level opportunity to grow your skills with a supportive team.
Responsibilities
- Package finished goods according to product specifications
- Label inspect and prepare products for shipment
- Assemble boxes fill cartons and stack products on pallets
- Watch packaging equipment and report any issues to supervisors
- Perform quality checks on products and packaging
- Keep the work area clean and follow food safety rules
- Follow all safety policies and company standards
Requirements
- Previous warehouse or packaging experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to speak and read English
- Strong attention to detail and good attendance
- Willingness to wear required steel-toe boots jeans and shirt
Work Environment
- Stand for an 8-hour shift and perform repetitive tasks
- Lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Work inside a modern food manufacturing facility
