TMD Staffing is looking to hire a Steel Packager for a steel company in the East Houston TX Area!
WORK ENVIRONMENT: In-Person Industrial/Steel Manufacturing Environment.
Package and prepare finished steel products for shipment.
Bundle wrap label and secure steel materials according to specifications.
Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packaging.
Assist with loading unloading and moving materials.
Operate basic hand tools and packaging equipment.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Follow all company safety policies and production procedures.
Assist production team members with daily manufacturing tasks.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Previous manufacturing warehouse or packaging experience preferred.
Ability to lift and move materials in an industrial environment.
Ability to follow instructions and work safely.
Basic math and measurement skills.
Strong attention to detail and reliability.
PAY RATE:$17
SCHEDULE: 10 PM - 6 AM
