About the Role

We are seeking Medical Assistants for a 13-week contract opportunity in Pennsylvania. This role will primarily support clerical work within a Plastic Surgery and Aesthetic Medicine setting with cross-training to assist with clinic duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support front-office and clerical clinic operations.

• Assist with patient check-in documentation and administrative tasks.

• Cross-train to support basic clinic responsibilities.

• Help maintain smooth daily workflow for the department.

• Communicate professionally with patients staff and providers.

• Follow clinic policies procedures and patient care standards.

Requirements

• Active Medical Assistant certification required.

• State license must be currently active if applicable.

• Plastic Surgery or Aesthetic Medicine experience preferred.

• Clerical or clinic support experience preferred.

• Must be available Monday through Friday.

• No weekend holiday or on-call coverage required.

• Must be able to complete onboarding and training for clinic coverage.
