Commercial Real Estate Owner and Developer is seeking an Owners Representative in Charlotte NC

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Oversee development projects and act as the primary liaison between Owner and architects general contractors engineers and municipal authorities
Monitor expenses and efficiently manage project budget
Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure on-time delivery
Project inspections and quality control
Identify risk and potential issues early and implement mitigation strategies
Manage project closeout items

Qualifications include:

BS in a Construction related field preferred
Commercial Construction experience required
Proficiency in reading construction documents blueprints and understanding building codes
Strong prioritization and organizational skills; detail-oriented
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
