Owner-Operator Boise Market Part-Time Contract (Local Presence Required)

Location requirement: This role requires you to already live in or near Boise Idaho. We are not considering candidates outside the market theres no relocation support and the job only works with someone whos already local.

The project: Stellar Senior Living is building a 145-unit assisted living and memory care community in Boise. Our development team is based in Utah and needs a trusted local presence to represent our interests on-site throughout construction.

The commitment: Part-time flexible a few hours a week. Built for someone with construction judgment and Boise market knowledge who can spot what matters and knows when to raise a flag.

What youll do:

• Visit the site regularly to track construction progress
• Represent the owner at key project meetings
• Serve as our main point of contact with the general contractor
• Keep our Utah team looped in on site conditions concerns and milestones
• Catch issues early before they turn into costly problems
• Bring local market relationships and context that our team doesnt have from a distance
