Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Overnight Custodial Supervisor for a healthcare facility in Tyler TX.
Location: Tyler TX
Schedule: MondayFriday 10:00 PM 6:30 AM
Pay: $19.00$20.00/hour (Based on Experience)
Pay Frequency: Weekly
Seeking an experienced Overnight Custodial Supervisor to lead a custodial team in maintaining a clean safe and organized facility during overnight operations.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead the overnight custodial staff
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed thoroughly and on schedule
- Train coach and support team members
- Conduct quality inspections and maintain high cleanliness standards
- Assign daily work tasks and monitor productivity
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications:
- Previous custodial supervision experience required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a team
- Dependable with excellent attendance
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to stand walk bend lift and perform physical work throughout the shift
