Position SummaryJoin our team as an Overnight Valet Attendant where you will provide exceptional guest service during late-night hours. You will be responsible for safely parking and retrieving guest vehicles while ensuring the security of the parking area. As the overnight representative of the hotel your professionalism and attention to detail will help create a positive and welcoming experience for all guests arriving or departing after ObjectiveDeliver prompt courteous and secure valet services overnight maintaining guest satisfaction and vehicle safety in alignment with hotel standards and company and ResponsibilitiesWarm WelcomeGreet guests warmly and assist with luggage and vehicle needs during overnight DetailsConduct thorough vehicle inspections to document any existing damage on claim park and retrieve vehicles while adhering to all safety protocols and key handling VigilantMonitor and secure the parking area throughout the night responding quickly to guest requests and it CleanMaintain a clean organized and professional valet station reflective of the hotels high record hours and gratuities in compliance with company ServiceProvide outstanding customer service addressing guest inquiries with professionalism and TimeArrive punctually dressed in full uniform and comply with all hotel policies and safety team members and assist with additional tasks as needed to ensure smooth overnight DutiesHelp with other tasks as needed to support the team and daily Skills and AbilitiesCompetency/QualificationsTo perform this role successfully individuals must be able to fulfill each essential duty satisfactorily.
