Job Summary
Hours: Part-time average of 14-16 hours per week 2 days a weekfrom 10:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. Some day shifts may also be required starttimes 6:00 a.m. or 3:00 p.m.
Mustbe available weekday weekends. Must beavailable to work primarily over night with some morning and evenings.
TheSecurity Officer plays a key role in maintaining a safe secure and welcomingenvironment for all guests team members and visitors across the Bavarian InnLodge including the Conference Center Bavarian Blast all food and beverageareas guest rooms and the Family Fun Center. This position works closely withand supports the Manager on Duty (MOD) department responding to incidents andassisting during escalated situations.

Skills and Qualifications:
High school diploma orequivalent required.
Prior experience insecurity law enforcement or hospitality preferred.
CPR training andcertification are required. (Classes will be provided for those who are notcertified before being hired)
Strong interpersonal andcommunication skills.
Observant and detailoriented.
Strong problem-solvingand conflict-resolution abilities.
Dependable andself-motivated.
Physically able topatrol interior and exterior of property on foot for extended periods.
Basic computer andreport-writing skills.
Willingness to work aflexible schedule.
