We operate 1dedicated residential houseinYuma. This home is a safe haven for youth ages 517. As an Overnight Specialist you are the guardian of that safety during the late-night hours.
Your Night Shift Mission
This is a critical role focused on the behind-the-scenes success of our program. Youll be based in our Yuma home ensuring everything is ready for the day ahead:

What Youll Need to Join Us
21 Years Old (for agency vehicle operation)
1 Year Experience in youth-focused behavioral health
Valid AZ Drivers License
Clearances: Fingerprint Card CPR/First Aid and TB test results
Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Word Excel and Outlook for shift logging.

- Safety & Vigilance: Conducting regular checks on clients while they sleep to ensure a safe secure environment.
- House Stewardship: Keeping the home tidy and welcoming through light cleaning and organization.
- Daily Prep: Prepping nutritious meals and setting up materials for the next days activities so the youth can start their day on the right foot.
The Schedule
Perfect for night owls or those looking for consistent weekend hours:
- Friday Night: 10:00 PM 8:00 AM (Saturday morning)
- Saturday Night: 10:00 PM 8:00 AM (Sunday morning)
What Youll Need to Join Us
21 Years Old (for agency vehicle operation)
1 Year Experience in youth-focused behavioral health
Valid AZ Drivers License
