Job Summary
Position SummaryThe overnight maintenance position is responsible for cleaning and maintaining a clean and safe environment in a parking garage including cleaning and sweeping floors emptying trash cans and performing other cleaning duties as : Sunday-Thursday 11pm-7:30amResponsibilitiesClean and sweep floors using various cleaning equipment including brooms mops and vacuum trash cans and disposal of trash per established and sanitize restroom facilities including toilets sinks and supplies are kept in stock/organizedAbility to lift and operate a leaf blowerAssist with the maintenance of parking equipment including ticket dispensers and payment any damage or maintenance needs to the garage all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment as effectively with other garage staff and traffic to cashier/exit as neededQualifications:Educational Requirements: High School or GEDYears of Experience: Entry LevelLanguage Skills: Proficient in English both verbally and writtenRequirements:Ability to read write and verbally communicate in EnglishAbility to sit and stand for long periodsAbility to walk short and long distancesAbility to stand for long periodsUse manual dexterity to operate parking equipment including POF machines garage gates and location-specific sense of customer serviceAbility to lift a minimum of 50 poundsBe at least 18 years of able and willing to smile during every customer uniform standards while around the to pass a criminal background checkAbility to create relationships with customersStrong organizational skills
