Job Summary
Tired of working in a hospital setting Looking to work in an environment that is person centered Well come join the CAU Nursing Team!! CAU is seeking various LPNs to provide services to our members. At CAU we provide support to individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. Such supports include but are not limited to housing community integration daily living skills and employment. An LPN at CAU is responsible for ensuring the coordination of quality medical services for LPN will beworking hands-on at the residential programs as /EXPERIENCE -LPN License required. Minimum one year experience. JOB TASKS Completes medical audits appropriatelyMaintain effective member/program relationsEnsure a high level of quality assurance regarding members medical needs documents all member medical/health issues and situationsMaintains program operations and facilitates program developmentCooperate with Agency legal authorities and Department of Human Services or any part or successor thereof in any inspection or investigation Ensures compliance with all required state and federally mandated background and exclusion checks including but not limited to criminal history background investigation (fingerprinting) Central Registry Child Abuse Record Information (CARI) and motor vehicle checksEnsures compliance with wearing a mask when mandated by State Federal and Licensing authorities during a public health crisis/pandemicAll other duties as assignedSHIFT 11PM - 9AM (10 hour shift 4 days within the week)
