• Maintain active awake supervision throughout the shift to assist with nighttime mobility transfers and bathroom visits.
• Provide steady reassurance and calm companionship for clients who may experience sleep disruptions.
• Complete designated quiet light housekeeping tasks and prep morning items as defined by the clients care plan.
• Document overnight observations and communicate early-morning client updates to management.

• Proven ability to remain fully alert engaged and attentive during overnight hours.
