Were hiring Overhead Crane Operator (1st & 2nd Shift)!

In this role youll safely operate overhead cranes to lift move and position materials throughout the facility while supporting production shipping and warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.

This is a Full-Time position in Hockley Tx. 1st Shift is 6AM to 3:30PM ($17-21/hr) and 2nd Shift is going to be from 4:30PM to 3:30AM ($18-23/hr)

Responsibilities:

Safely operate overhead cranes to lift move and position materials and products
Transport materials throughout the warehouse production and shipping areas
Load and unload trucks trailers and production equipment using overhead cranes
Perform routine crane inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns
Accurately stage organize and store materials in designated locations
Assist with inventory movement material preparation and production support
Maintain clean organized and safe work areas
Follow all company safety procedures OSHA regulations and operational guidelines
Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet productivity goals

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required
Previous overhead crane operating experience required
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in an industrial environment for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision
Experience working in a manufacturing warehouse or steel fabrication environment preferred
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
