Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:This is for Oklahoma City (or surrounding areas) - Western Territory Outside SalesMarket Expansion:Identify target and engage potential clients within designated marketsDevelop and execute sales strategies to grow market shareClient Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and exceptional serviceAssess client needs and deliver tailored solutions leveraging product expertiseProduct Knowledge and Expertise:Maintain in-depth knowledge of Pioneer Industrials product categoriesProvide technical guidance and product recommendations to clientsDemonstrate expertise in pumps and mechanical sealsApply knowledge of the Eastern Kansas and Western Nebraska industrial markets (preferred)Sales Planning and Execution:Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targetsConduct market research to stay informed on industry trends competitors and client needsProposal Development:Prepare and deliver accurate compelling proposals and presentationsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and precise client responsesSales Performance:Meet or exceed monthly quarterly and annual sales targetsUse CRM tools to track performance and manage opportunitiesIndustry Networking:Attend industry events trade shows and conferences to promote products and servicesBuild relationships with key decision-makers and industry influencersQualifications:Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or a related field (preferred)Proven experience in industrial sales preferably within similar product categoriesStrong technical knowledge and understanding of industrial processesExcellent communication and negotiation skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaborativelyProficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
