Job Summary
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a territory sales plan to meet or exceed assigned sales goals. Prospect and cultivate new customer relationships within the assigned region or vertical market. Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers through regular visits solution-based selling and follow-up. Collaborate with internal product specialists and vendors to design and deliver customized control and automation solutions. Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to decision-makers and engineering teams. Stay up-to-date on product offerings industry trends and competitor activity. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and opportunities using CRM software. Provide input on market and customer feedback to sales leadership and product : 3 years of outside sales experience in industrial automation process control or a related technical field. Strong understanding of valves instrumentation flow control and automation products. Proven ability to manage a sales territory and meet/exceed quotas. Excellent communication interpersonal and presentation skills. Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite. Bachelors degree in Engineering Industrial Technology or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).What We Offer: Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission structure.
