Construction Sales Representative

An established importer and distributor of cement and construction materials with over 25 years in business is growing and looking for a driven Sales Representative to join the team.

Salary & Benefits:

• $65K - $85K base salary commission

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow existing customer accounts
• Prospect and develop new business opportunities
• Travel throughout Florida and the Eastern U.S. market
• Meet contractors suppliers distributors and decision-makers face-to-face
• Network and build long-term partnerships
• Work with both large-scale companies and independent customers

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in cement aggregates ready-mix building materials or construction industry sales
• Proven ability to develop business and close deals
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Self-starter mentality - energetic motivated and hungry to grow
• Travel is required
